Service Completion

• The “30 Days to Completion” timeline is a goal, not a guarantee.
• The 30-day clock begins after the client completes their onboarding checklist, delivers all required content, and is responsive to approvals and feedback throughout the build process.
• Delays caused by missing content, unresponsiveness, or late approvals may extend the timeline.

Approvals & Revisions

Drafts, revisions, and final setups require client approval to proceed to the next phase. Timely responses ensure efficient delivery.

All Sales Are Final

Due to the digital and custom nature of our work, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once payment has been processed.

Use of System & Intellectual Property

• Systems, designs, and assets created remain the property of Brand Rise 360 LLC until paid in full.
• After full payment, the client receives a non-transferable license to use the completed materials for their own business purposes.

Limitation of Liability

Brand Rise 360 LLC shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use our systems, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.
